Family risk recalculated

A study of health registers in Sweden since 1968 has found family risk rates of MS to be lower than previously thought. The risk for siblings was seven times higher than the general population and the risk for children of someone with MS was five times higher (previous studies suggested about nine and seven times higher respectively).
