Short bursts of exercise

Short bursts of moderate exercise can reduce fatigue and improve quality of life for pwms. A study compared 60 people doing five repetitions of three minutes exercise, two minutes rest in 36 sessions over 12 weeks with 60 who didn’t follow an exercise programme.
