CSF Isoelectric Focusing Differentiates Multiple Sclerosis from Other CNS Autoimmune Disorders (P4.136)

CONCLUSIONS: 4.5 or greater isolated CSF OCB detected by IEF may be a useful clinical diagnostic observation that differentiates MS from other disorders also presenting with CSF OCB and clinical mimickers of MS.
