Laquinimod suppresses Genes encoding Cell migration in Multiple Sclerosis

Background: Laquinimod is an immunomodulatory drug currently under investigation for oral treatment for relapsing remitting multiple sclerosis (RRMS). Laquinimod affects the immune system in the periphery and in the central nervous system (CNS), however its molecular mechanisms of action are still under investigation.
